On the nose fresh berries, meat and smoke. On the palate plenty of concentrated jammy fruit, such as black raspberry, accompanied by a little rich cocoa. Superbly well-balanced with tremendous consistency throughout its long finish. A wine with tremendous potential. Served after an hour of decanting at 16-18 C in high volume glasses. |

Mety’imon Fume Thessalikos regional dry wine Varieties: Roditis Vinification: It is fermented and matured for 3 months “sur lies” in French oak and acacia barrels. Description: Gold in colour, it has complex aromas of vanilia, butterscotch and lemon drop. Its soft, round fruit taste is framed in spice, while its long finish gives a sweet vanilia oak end. Served at 10-12 C. |

Methistanes Dry red Dry red Varieties: Ximomavro, Krassato, Stavroto Vinification: Classic red, it is matured in French and American oak barrels for a year and in bottles for another year. Descroption: Light red-purple colour. It features cedar and tobacco on the nose and a dried cherry and fresh strawberry palate. Contrary to its light colour its body is much fuller than you would suggest which is typical of Xinomavro wines. This is a wine of solid structure with a long, tart finish. Served after an hour of decanting at 16-18 C in high volume glasses.
